TNAI helps the initiation of university level education in India. Recommendations of the Bhore committee were implemented within year . The TNAI made significant achievements in the field of nursing education. It creates awareness among nurses through Nursing journal of India and organizing continuing education programmes. TNAI also offers scholarships to deserving candidates to take up studies within the country and abroad.
